Automatic Renewal Service Agreement

Thank you for applying for the automatic renewal service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided by Haoye Camera (hereinafter referred to as "this product"). Please read carefully and agree to the terms of the "Automatic Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") as the standard. If you do not agree with all or part of the content of this agreement, please do not select "Agree and Accept" or use this service in any form of confirmation (including but not limited to: check, click). If you check "Agree and Accept the Automatic Renewal Service Agreement for This Product", it means that you have reached an agreement with this product and voluntarily accept all the terms of this agreement. After that, you shall not make any form of defense for not reading the terms of this agreement.

I. Prerequisites for using this service

1. This service is a sub-service of the membership service of this product. At the same time, this service is launched out of your demand for automatic subscription to avoid losses caused by your failure to subscribe to the online service of this product in time due to negligence or other reasons. Therefore, you have applied to activate the online service of this product to apply for use Prerequisites for using this service

2. When using this service, you must have the corresponding rights and capacity for conduct, and be able to assume legal responsibilities independently. If you are under the age of 18, you must use this service under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

3. This agreement is a sub-agreement of the "Member Service Agreement of this product", and has the same and inseparable legal effect as it. Therefore, before using this service, you should accept and agree to the "Member Service Agreement of this product", this agreement, and all kinds of agreements, rules, and announcements related to the Member Service Agreement of this product, this service, etc. The contents of each clause, especially the corresponding clauses limiting or exempting liability (limiting or exempting liability clauses may be in bold to remind you). At the same time, your following actions

will also be regarded as your recognition of all the terms of this Agreement and this product online service series agreement:

(1) actual use of this service;

(2) or actual use of any product or service provided by this product together with this service (if any);

(3) or actual use of any product or service provided by a third party together with this service (if any).

Your consent to this agreement shall be deemed that you have known and agreed to all the terms of this agreement and this product online service series agreement and you guarantee that you can fully comply with the aforementioned agreement.

2. Rights and obligations of both parties under this service

1. Your application to use this service means that you irrevocably authorize this product to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from your own membership recharge account of this product and the balance of Apple Pay bound to this product membership service account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") before and after the expiration of your membership service period. The billing cycle The period includes but is not limited to weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the same) (the specific billing period is subject to the billing period you choose when selecting this service). The premise for the realization of this service is that you have bound the online service account of this product to the above account and can successfully deduct money from the above account.

2. Automatic renewal specifically means that based on the premise of the first paragraph of this article, this product charges the fees for your next billing cycle through the above account, records the amount in your payment record, and extends the validity period of your service accordingly. You need to ensure that this product can successfully deduct money from the above account. You shall bear the responsibility for the failure of renewal due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account.

3. If you activate this service through Apple ID ("Apple" in this agreement refers to Apple inc. and its affiliates) and do not actively cancel this automatic renewal service 24 hours before the next subscription service expires, Apple will deduct the amount from the account you activated this automatic renewal service 24 hours before the expiration of each subscription period. The next subscription period service fee will be automatically deducted from the balance of the Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as the "account") bound to the automatic renewal service payment, thereby extending the service validity period corresponding to the subscription period.

4. Please pay attention to the above account and deductible balance. If the renewal fails due to account problems or insufficient balance, the risks or losses caused will be borne by you (such as termination of corresponding rights and interests, inability to participate in activities, membership status affected, etc.). If you do not actively and clearly choose to cancel this service, it will be deemed You agree that the company will make deduction attempts from time to time within a certain period after the expiration of the subscription service (the specific deduction rules of each payment channel shall prevail). The company will continue to provide you with automatic renewal services when/after your account balance is restored to a sufficient level. Once the deduction is successful, the company will continue to provide you with payment benefits.

5. If an error occurs during the deduction process, this product will cooperate with you to find out the cause, and each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be shared by both parties.

6. The services provided to you by this product are limited to your use on the client of this product. Any illegal means such as malicious cracking that use the content of this service provided by this product do not belong to the services agreed in this agreement. All legal consequences arising from this shall be borne by the person who committed the act, and this product will pursue the person who committed the act in accordance with the law. Legal liability for people.

7. You can choose whether to cancel this service. If you do not choose to cancel, it is deemed that you agree that this product will make irregular deduction attempts according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, this product will open the next monthly service for you.

8. If the price of the service you use through this service is adjusted at or before the automatic renewal. The current effective price shall prevail.

9. This product does not charge you any additional fees for opening this service, but this product has the right to decide whether to adjust this service itself based on business needs or market changes. Charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees.

III. Validity and termination of this service

1. This service is valid for a long time and takes effect from the time you choose to accept or use this service until you terminate this service (including termination by your own initiative and termination due to your violation of relevant agreements, rules, etc.) or a specific online service of this product that you access through this service.

2. You have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time in accordance with the guidance of Article 4 of this agreement. After the termination of this service, this product will stop providing this service to you.

3. You have already The instructions for automatic renewal deductions entrusted to this product are valid. This product will not refund the fees deducted based on the instructions, and you shall bear the relevant responsibilities.

4. The company may choose to suspend or interrupt this service based on its own business decisions and other reasons. If such a situation occurs, the company will notify you in the form of an announcement.

IV. Cancellation of this service

1. You can choose to cancel this service on your own.

2. If you want to cancel automatic renewal, you can cancel automatic renewal through Apple iOS "AppStore" account settings 24 hours before the end of the next subscription period.

V. Others

1. Law and dispute resolution: This agreement is subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China and excludes all conflict of law provisions. If a dispute arises, you and the company agree to submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction over the company's location.

2. The company's failure to exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner or failure to fully exercise the rights enjoyed under this agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect the company's exercise of such rights in the future.
